account & project manager hybrid
We are looking for a structured, commercially aware Account & Project Manager to join aureola studio. This role combines client management and project coordination. You will act as the bridge between clients and our design team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong financial control.
This is not a sales position.
This is an ownership role.

what you will be responsible for
client management

leading day-to-day client communication (non-creative)

structuring and preparing project offers

monitoring scope and detecting scope changes

supporting negotiations regarding timelines and additional fees

controlling payment schedules and follow-ups
project management

building and maintaining project timelines

coordinating internal team workload (4 part-time designers)

tracking milestones and deliverables

monitoring planned vs actual hours

identifying risks early and proposing solutions

running internal weekly project reviews
commercial control

tracking project profitability

monitoring budget burn
-
flagging potential margin risks

supporting pricing strategy preparation
who we are looking for
-
3-5+ years experience in agency / architecture / design environment
-
experience in client-facing roles
-
strong organizational and system-thinking skills
-
comfortable discussing budgets and scope

assertive but professional communication style
-
ability to manage multiple parallel projects
-
fluent polish and english
experience in architecture, lighting, or technical design environment is a strong advantage.
